You must notify okaygames immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. okaygames will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, okaygames conducts KYC verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of billing address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period may have withdrawal privileges suspended.
okaygames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your okaygames account in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take up to three (3) banking hours to reflect. okaygames does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours. okaygames reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaygames, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okaygames platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
okaygames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okaygames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okaygames does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okaygames makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okaygames platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
